Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Clean Health offers several shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your package, delivery location, and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $99 within the continental United States.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
International shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 7-14 business days after processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order by clicking the tracking number in the email or by logging into your account on our website.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some of our products, particularly certain peptides, require special temperature-controlled shipping. These products are shipped with appropriate insulation and cold packs to maintain their integrity during transit.
For temperature-sensitive products, we recommend selecting expedited or express shipping options, especially during hot summer months.
Shipping Restrictions

Damaged or Lost Packages
