Refund Policy

At Clean Health, your satisfaction is our priority. This refund policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received an incorrect item

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Telehealth consultation fees (subject to our consultation cancellation policy)
  • Personalized products

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@cleanhealth.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:

  • The product received was defective
  • You received an incorrect item
  • The package was damaged during shipping

In these cases, Clean Health will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size or variant, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the replacement item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at returns@cleanhealth.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipping. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@cleanhealth.com with your order number.
